Quality We Build In — Not Check For
At Neo Plastchem Pvt. Ltd., quality is not something we check for at the end of a process — it is something we build in from the very first raw material. Every product we supply is backed by our own dedicated in-house testing facility, staffed by experienced technicians and equipped with precision instruments for chemical analysis and colour science.
From verifying the purity of raw polymers to matching an exact shade down to the last percentage of pigment dosage, our lab ensures that what reaches you is accurate, consistent and reliable — batch after batch, order after order.
Every Material, Verified In-House
We test and verify every raw material and chemical input at our own in-house facility before it is approved for use in production — nothing goes into a customer’s order without first passing through our internal quality checks. This means we are not dependent on third-party certificates alone; we generate our own data, on our own equipment, for every incoming batch.
Composition
Verifying what a material is actually made of, against specification.
Consistency
Checking every batch behaves the same way as the last, and the next.
Compliance
Meeting the specific technical parameters our customers require.
Precision Colour Matching
Colour accuracy is one of the areas we take the most pride in. Using our in-house spectrophotometer, we measure and match colours scientifically against a customer-provided shade card, sample panel or physical standard — removing the guesswork that comes with matching colour by eye.
Once the target shade is confirmed, our team calculates the precise pigment dosage required to reproduce it accurately, and we run trial batches to validate the match before full-scale production begins — so the material you receive today matches what you received last time, and what you will receive next time.
Across Virgin & Recycled Polymers
Our colour matching and pigment dosage services are available across a wide range of materials, including EVA, PP (Polypropylene), HDPE and other recycled polymer grades used widely across the footwear, packaging and moulding industries. Recycled and reground material can behave differently in base colour and consistency compared to virgin polymer — we adjust our approach for each.
- Virgin polymer, recycled grindings & recycled granules
- Accurate, uniform colour even on mixed formulations
- Repeatable results, batch after batch
Footwear-Grade Colour Solutions
We extend our colour matching expertise beyond polymers to specialised materials used in the footwear and leather goods industries — including precise colour matching for silicone compound in paste form, developed for silicone sticker manufacturers who supply decorative and branding elements where exact, repeatable colour matching is critical to a brand’s design specification.
We also offer dedicated colour matching support for manufacturers of artificial leather, or Rexine, helping them achieve consistent, accurate shades across production runs used in footwear, bags, upholstery and related applications — through scientific measurement, calculated dosage and trial validation, every time.
Checking What You’re Already Using
Beyond the materials we supply ourselves, we offer purity and quality verification as a service — for chemicals and materials you are currently sourcing and using in your own processes. Using our in-house instruments, we assess samples for purity, contamination and consistency, and share findings directly with you in a clear, straightforward format — helping you catch inconsistencies before they affect production.
Built For Accuracy, End To End
To deliver on all of the above, we’ve invested in a well-equipped in-house laboratory. From the moment raw material enters our facility to the moment a finished, colour-matched batch leaves it, our equipment lets us control quality at every stage.
Spectrophotometer
Precise, repeatable, instrument-based colour measurement and matching — removing subjectivity from shade approval.
pH Meter
Measures the acidity or alkalinity of materials, solutions and chemical inputs.
TDS Meter
Checks total dissolved solids in liquid samples as part of purity and quality checks.
Two Roll Mill
Compounds, mixes and tests polymer and rubber samples under real processing conditions.
Supporting Lab Equipment
Additional glassware and instruments for day-to-day material and quality testing.
